Yuka C. Honda was born in Tokyo, Japan, and grew up in Denmark and Germany. She's the keyboardist for Cibo Matto and a music producer. Sean Lennon and Yuka met in 1996, becoming a couple and she produced his "Into the Sun" album, released in 1998. They eventually broke up but remain good friends and collaborators - they run a record label Chimera Music with Sean's girlfriend Charlotte Kemp Muhl. Yuka has also worked with Yoko Ono on her solo and Plastic Ono Band projects. Yuka has been married to musician Nels Cline since November of 2010. For a time, Yuka and Nels lived with Sean and Charlotte in the West Village in New York City.
