Biography

Alex Harvey is a film director and writer based in London. Born in London, he began his career experimenting with filmmaking as a personal passion before committing to it professionally. He later completed a Master’s degree in Directing at MetFilm School.

With over eight years of experience, Harvey has directed a range of commercial projects and short films. His directing credits include Tea Leafs (2025), Backhand (2025), which he also wrote, and Space Rocks (2026). His work frequently explores non-linear storytelling, often unfolding across multiple timelines.
