Gregory Hemingway was born on 12 November 1931 in Kansas City, Missouri, USA. He was married to Ida Mae Galliher, Valerie Danby-Smith, Alice Thomas and Shirley Jane Rhodes. He died on 1 October 2001 in Key Biscayne, Florida, USA.
Attended the University of Miami medical school. She later practiced medicine, including a period as a country physician in Montana, but lost the license as she was dealing with alcoholism.
