Biography

Yik Lin's first foray into digital media was at Carnegie-Mellon University back in 1999 where he was taught the Building Virtual Worlds course by Professor Randy Pausch. Upon graduation, he joined the Content Development Division at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore and then moved on to be an Assistant Director at the Singapore Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts. He joined Shooting Gallery Asia where he became colleagues and firm friends with Singapore Producer Juan Foo. From 2011 to 2015, he ran the Singapore studio of FireForge Games, which was HQ'd in Irvine, California. He firmly believes in promoting diversity in the film projects that he is involved in.
