Val Duncan is a performer and filmmaker based in Alberta, Canada. In addition to working in narrative film, she is also artistically interested in documentary, animation and experimental styles. She began her directing practice with seven-part documentary series 'GoGo Battles Mania!' She is an active member of the independent performing and media arts sectors in Canada, with a personal practice that spans theatre, film and music.
