Ali Abdollahi was born on June 18, 1992 in Tehran, Iran.
He studied Electronic engineering at University of Tehran, but dropped out of school due to his interest in cinema.
After passing several masterclasses with Iranian prominent directors of cinema, he continued screenwriting seriously and collaborated with student groups as an assistant director and writer.
In addition to filmmaking, he also sculpts with disposable objects and pipes, and also has painted some works
