Biography

Jules C. Stein was born on April 26, 1896 in South Bend, Indiana, USA. He was married to Doris Babette Jones. He died on April 29, 1981 in Los Angeles, California, USA.

Co-founded talent agency Music Corporation of America in the 1920s, which eventually became entertainment conglomerate MCA.

Graduated in 1921 from Rush Medical School of the University of Chicago.

Worked as both an opthalmologist and an agent, until 1924 when he became a full-time agent.
