Dr. Emanuel (Manos) Pantelidis, is a teaching Artist, who holds a Ph.D. in Music & Performing Arts Profession, Educational Theatre, A Masters in Speech & Interpersonal Communication, and a BS in Communication Studies, all from New York University.. He taught Communications at NYU for 29 years. On December of 2023 he stopped teaching at NYU & Baruch College to focus back on his acting career. . He has acted in countless productions for TV, movie, and theater in Greece and the USA. Theater (Greece): M. Butterfly, (D.H. Hwang), The Diary of a Madman (N. Gogol), Eurydice (Anouilh), Three Penny Opera (Brecht), and Carnival (Merrill), Hensel & Gretel, (Hensel), etc. TV (Greece) Police Officer Thanasis Papathanasis, My Incredible Grandma, and Fun Museum, etc. Cinema (Greece), A Night's Secret Meeting (1990), Crystal Nights (1992) etc. Theater (NYC): includes roles at the Provincetown Playhouse, Jewish Theater of New York, and Madison Square Garden Theater. Producer of numerous Greek and American Theater productions including his plays "Better to Be Crazy" (2007) & "Mormolis (2008) for Little Theatre, a Children's theatre company for which he served as creative director. In 2003, Harry Warren Theatre produced the world premiere of his farce: "Frappuccino", & in 2014, Theatron, Inc. produced his comedy "My Crazy Wife". In 1996, he received the "Greek Ministry of Culture of Excellence in Writing Award" for the screenplay he wrote with Stella Vasilantonaki, :"The Jaws of Death". Manos enjoys the entrepreneurial spirit of bringing art to life both onstage, and off.
