Biography

Shiona Lee (also known as Sharon) is a SAG-AFTRA actress, published writer, and wellness educator based between Los Angeles and Seoul. Her global upbringing as a third culture kid deeply informs her artistry, weaving themes of identity, belonging, and transformation throughout her work.

She earned her B.A. in Theatre from the University of Richmond and continued her training at Goldsmiths College (London), UCLA, and IDSA, studying under esteemed mentors including Larry Silverberg (Meisner). Shiona began her career as a playwright and director, creating two original stage productions that explored cultural identity and intergenerational memory, including a one-woman show.

Her acting credits span film, television, commercials, and voiceover. She has appeared in national campaigns for AAA, Apple, and Wee Delivery, and starred in Warner Bros.' feature film Vacation Friends 2. For her performance as Sarah in the short Hello, Goodbye, she received the Best Actress Award at the 2024 Pasadena International Film Festival.

Alongside her acting career, Shiona is the co-founder of Lux Perpetua Holistic Health, a women-centered wellness practice that offers programs in nutrition, movement, and somatic healing. She also teaches aerial yoga and integrates her passion for holistic living into her creative work. Her poetry collection Searching Home reflects her journey of soul-searching and belonging, drawing from her travels and cross-cultural life.

When not on set or on stage, she enjoys baking plant-based cookies, exploring literature, and reconnecting with nature. Through both her art and wellness practice, Shiona remains committed to the belief that love is the universal language that we all speak primarily as humans.
