David's parents and three sisters immigrated to Australia from Northern Ireland in1963. David was born 1969 in South Australia, growing up on Kaurna land, and working in and around Tandanya-Adelaide.
In his mid 20's he attended the Centre for the Performing Arts, now known as (Adelaide College of the Arts), where he graduated in 1997. He has a broad range of experience, performing many a wide range of roles in Theatre and Film.
With more than three decades of experience and continued practice, he has become quite proficient with a broad skill set as a practitioner of numerous art forms, as a multi instrumentalist musician, visual art practitioner, developing writer, as well as performer on stage and screen acting.
David is now based on Woiwurrung Country, Wurundjeri land, on the edge of the Yarra Valley region North East of Naarm - Melbourne, Australia.
