Streaming Stars, Then and Now

Eloi Molí, A.E.C., is a Director of Photography with 30+ years of experience across feature films, television, documentaries, and commercials. He is a member of the Spanish Society of Cinematographers (AEC), IMAGO (International Federation of Cinematographers), and IATSE Local 600.

He built his technical foundation over a decade as a camera assistant before moving into cinematography, where his work spans naturalistic lighting, emotional depth, and refined composition in close collaboration with directors.

His feature film work includes The Best Years, directed by Gabriele Muccino, which earned 3 David di Donatello and 12 Silver Ribbon nominations; An Affair to Die For (dir. Víctor García); The Black That Follows (dir. Aria Yeganegi), winner of Best Cinematography at the Silicon Beach Film Festival; Finding Sofia (dir. Nico Casavecchia); and Til Death Do Us Part (dir. Timothy Woodward Jr.). He most recently wrapped Joy of Christmas (dir. Hector Barron) in post-production, and Threshold (dir. Iván Mena-Tinoco) in Spain.

His documentary work includes Ser Yo (dir. Sergio Peris-Mencheta) and Hasta Encontrarlos (dir. Dani Posada).

In television, his credits include Yellow (HBO Max), winner of the 2026 Aura Award for Best Cinematography; Studio City, a six-time Daytime Emmy winner including Outstanding Lighting Direction; and Cosmos: Possible Worlds, winner of two Primetime Emmys,

In advertising, his work has won at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, including a Golden Lion for GMC's "New Terrain," a Golden Lion, Silver Lion, and 3 Bronze Lions for IBM's "A Boy and His Atom," a Silver Lion for Chevrolet's "Run Till Die," and a Silver Lion for Lowe's "Made in a Minute."
