Ian B. Connor is a New York-based Casting Producer, Show Creator, Writer, and Talent Manager across all entertainment platforms. With an eye for undiscovered talent, Ian is responsible for finding some of Reality TV's most iconic characters. Television Casting credits include Love Island USA (CBS / Peacock), The Circle (Netflix), The Bachelorette (ABC), Next Level Chef (Fox), Too Hot To Handle (Netflix), The Courtship (NBC), Twenty Somethings: Austin (Netflix), Floor Is Lava (Netflix), Digital Addiction (A&E), The Au Pairs (Dutch TV Series).

Ian is the creator and producer of staple NYC concerts, competitions, and comedy shows such as "Sloshed: Stand Up...If You Can", "Songs From The Shows I Should Have Booked", Bread, Butter, & Broadway", "Wasted Talent", "Dancer First", "NOW That's What I Call Cabaret," During the height of the covid-19 induced entertainment industry shutdown, Ian put together a virtual variety show "Live From Quarantine" raising survival funds for unemployed talent worldwide!

As a playwright, songwriter, and lyricist, Ian's writing credits include "The Naked Truth" (Finalist for the National Music Theater Conference at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center). Ian is reportedly working on a debut pop album of songwriting collaborations featuring some of the music scene's hottest new voices.
