- James Kelsey was born at Ft. Carson army base in Colorado Springs. After a brief time in Louisiana his family moved back to Colorado and eventually to Greeley, Colorado, where he grew up with two brothers, (Henry and Eric) and his parents (Ron and Sheila). His first experience with film came around age 13 when he started creating latex special effects and making home movies with his friends. After high school he found himself emerged in computers with web and graphic design. Leaving his home town to pursue better opportunities, he found himself in Denver where he started writing screenplays while still in the computer field. Father of Nadia Rocket Kelsey born in April 06.
