Her real name was Brandy Koontz, and she died in Winston-Salem, NC, on Thursday, September 22, 2005, when her car ran off the road and smashed into a power pole. The accident trapped her in her burning 2005 Ford sport utility vehicle. She was airlifted to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center after the wreck, with burns over 95% of her body. She was pronounced dead at 10:55 pm.
