Julian Antonio Ochoa Jr. is a Los Angeles native from Long Beach. Ochoa is a screenwriter and actor. You may have seen him play a gangster or thug in tons of films. He has also appeared on the film Trey that was written by Vince Romo and also appeared alongside Romo on the show French Connection.
