David Morwick is an award-winning American actor, writer, and filmmaker known for his compelling performances and creative vision across film, television, and stage. He earned widespread acclaim for his lead role in the psychological thriller Ticking, garnering Best Actor Awards at the Cannes World Film Festival, Actor Awards Los Angeles, New York Film Awards, Paris Film Awards, East Coast Movie Awards, Hollywood Gold Awards, and the Best Actor & Director Awards New York. His powerful and heartrending performance in Tightly Bound earned him multiple honors, including Best Actor at the New York Movie Awards, and he was prominently featured in Wild Filmmaker Magazine. He was also named Best Artist of 2026 as well Best American Actor of the Year by the International Society of Independent Film Critics.

On stage, Morwick was awarded the Boston Globe Best Actor Award for his portrayal of the lead in Neil Simon's Plaza Suite.
