Biography

Juan Esteban Quintero, born and raised in Medellin, Colombia. Actor, director and playwright, studied at the Acting Studio Chicago and the National Theatre Drama School in Colombia. Co-founder of Lola Lab, theatrical and audiovisual production company. He has directed and produced short films Caroline and Verdad / Truth. He won a funding award (Grandes historias - MinTic Colombia) to make Fury, his latest shortfilm, with which he has participated in different film festivals in Latin America and Europe. As an actor he has participated in the BIFF - Bogotá International film festival- and in productions for Netflix, HBO Max, Nickelodeon, RCN and the National Theater of Colombia.
