Timothy Fare-Matthews is the co-founder of First and Ten Productions and FTEN X, one of Dubai's leading production houses, working with brands and entrepreneurs to produce their online video and photo content. Tim is a DOP, well versed in video editing and has produced/shot for hundreds of projects across the globe for brands such as VICE, Youtube, Will Smith, Aston Martin and Red Bull to name a few. Tim is also an official Alpha ambassador for Sony Professional in the Middle East and Africa. And carries out such responsibilities as holding keynote talks, webinars and workshops across the MEA region about producing content using Sony's latest product range. Timothy is also the FTEN X Academy co-founder, a community designed to help businesses thrive together and pivot online. Launched during the 2020 pandemic this community gained interest from over 3,000 companies in the United Arab Emirates. One of the group's content formats is live interviews, which is the foundation for a no.1 Business and Entrepreneur podcast on iTunes, Round Pegs and Square Holes. As one of the co-hosts, he has interviewed some of the worlds most inspiring entrepreneurs, industry experts and best-selling authors. Timothy's background in producing content spans ten years. He originally started as a DOP / Editor and helped build with Peter Farrow and Mark Henderson, Togethia Media Services which became quickly recognised as one of the go-to production companies in England for motorsport event coverage. By the age of 23 Timothy had already produced over 100 films and a series of content for such motorsport names as Santa Pod Raceway, the Time Attack UK series and European Drift-All Stars which were all aired on national and international TV stations. After two years of working in Togethia Peter and Timothy decided to enter into a joint venture with Rajeev Virani, founder of First and Productions India and become equal partners in a new chapter to build First and Ten Productions UAE. (known as FTEN and FTEN X today) The company quickly grew and within six years emerged into a team size of 12 where they became internationally recognised as a premium production house for the Middle-East / India Region. His Vision is for FTEN to become the worlds leading production house. Aimed at helping brands and entrepreneurs develop high quality, digital assets to stand out amongst the noise and rapidly pivot online.
