Minda Wei is a queer Chinese-Texan writer, actor, and filmmaker. Their directorial debut Garfussy (2022) premiered at So F*cked It's Funny. Wei was named a 'Top 25 Screenwriter to Watch' by the International Screenwriters' Association, a LearningTimes Emerging Filmmaker, and Austin Chronicle's 'Best in Comedy, Critic's Pick'. They peaked comedically on Las Culturistas with 'I Don't Think So, Honey, Geysers' and now play guitar in the LA punk band Cool Knife.
