Gloria L. Williams was born in Chicago, raised in Dixmoor, Illinois and now lives in Los Angeles, CA. She is the founder and CEO of Footnanny, Inc., On-Air Talent for Footnanny Brand at HSN, Author and owner of Footnanny Salt Spa of Beverly Hills, CA.
She has serviced multiple A-list Celebrities with her signature manicures and pedicures, such as: Oprah Winfrey, Michelle Obama, Gayle King, Lady Gaga, Jennifer Hudson, Maria Schriver, Diddy, Jada Pinkett-Smith, The Dixie Chicks, Rita Wilson, J. Roberts, Steve Harvey, Omar Gooding, Cicely Tyson, Malala Yousafzai, Janet Jackson, Stedman Graham and Arnold Schwarzenegger, just to name a few.
She is an Entrepreneur that bootstrapped her Multimillion Dollar Brand to the level it is today. Gloria is a creative and giving person who has put her creative skills to test by writing her very first book "How To Open A Nail Salon with $1,000. The giving side of Gloria donates, free copies of her book to Nail Technicians and consumers, in hopes of giving them tools to create their own success. To further help Nail Technicians get access to much needed products to run their business, Gloria developed Pedicredit lending to her platform.

The foundation of marketing strength in the Footnanny brand will truly rest with the famous "2012 Video Tweet from Oprah Winfrey". That tweet gave Gloria the feedback needed to build her brand. The emails were so informative that they gave Gloria knowledge to know that she was on her way to success. In 2014, O The Oprah Magazine selected Footnanny products as a Holiday Favorite Things and since then Footnanny has held the crown of 7 years in a row.
In 2018, her acting skills were put to the true test by appearing on the Reality Show "Mind Your Business By Mahisha" and she became a brand favorite.
