Biography

Taisha E. Lembert is an American actress born in New York to Dominican parents. Raised between Washington Heights (New York City) and the island of Puerto Rico, she developed fluency in Spanish. Bilingual in both English and Spanish, Taisha brings cultural depth and versatility to her performances on screen.

Her passion for acting began in school in New York City and continued to flourish in Puerto Rico, where she participated in school theater productions. In 2019, she decided to pursue acting full-time while working as an Executive Assistant and earning her Bachelor of Science in Business. Taisha serves as the Administrative Manager for a comprehensive research initiative, where she manages program logistics, trainee support, and educational and research events.

Taisha's acting journey began with Acting Rehab with Ulysses Terrero, where she then landed the role of Jessica in the teen suspense drama Psycho 6. She later took on various background roles, starting with her role as a pedestrian in Season 2 of Russian Doll on Netflix. Through many other background roles, she has gained valuable on-set experience. She has since expanded her credits, portraying Andra De Leon in the sci-fi series New Earth, the shopkeeper in the award-winning series A Good Cop, and Detective Pizzaro in the sci-fi thriller Messenger.

Known for her emotional presence, professionalism, and dedication to her craft, Taisha continues to train in acting and scene study.

Outside of acting, Taisha enjoys reading psychological thrillers, romantic novels, and watching drama, and romantic comedies. She also has a deep interest in international movies and series of all genres, which further enrich her appreciation for diverse storytelling. Additionally, she is passionate about works focused on self-discovery and healing, which play a key role in her personal growth and strengthen her connection with others.
