Mehrdad Ardeshi is an Iranian Chess Grandmaster born on January 1, 1979 in Tehran, Iran. He started his activity in the field of chess as a teenager and now he is one of the prominent professors and masters of this sport in Iran and the world. He is also the coach of the Iranian national youth chess team.
