Biography

Mauricio Ortiz-Segura is a Mexican-American actor and voice actor for anime, video games, commercials, film, and everything in between. His love for acting came from the performances he would watch on his favorite Saturday morning cartoons and TV shows, including Pokémon, Power Rangers, and anything Cartoon Network, Disney, or Nickelodeon.

He is best known for his roles as Giulio Gandini in My Hero Academia: You're Next, Nice and Lin Ling in To Be Hero X, Shinichi Kudo and Kid the Phantom Thief in Studio Nano's dub of Detective Conan, Fruit Punch Cookie in CookieRun: OvenSmash, Cadlan in Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment, and many more! He's even done a lot of live-action ADR for series such as UltraMan Teo, where he is the English voice for Wataru Tomabech, which greatly fills his Tokusatsu-loving self. Fun fact, he used to get detentions in school for talking, and now he's made a career of it. How about that?
