Biography

Cheryl-Lee Fast (aka C.L.F.) has appeared in film, television, and theatre, with recent screen work including a featured role on Superman & Lois.

Her theatre work includes productions with Theatre Seizeme, The Metro, and Jericho Arts, as well as a solo show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe (2024). She has filmed in China and trained in Meisner, clown, and improv (Colin Mochrie Scholarship recipient).

Fast’s background also includes award-winning work as a producer and creative consultant, with projects recognized by the Leo Awards, the Philip Borsos Award, and a Gemini nomination. She has worked with artists including Sandra Oh, Peter O’Toole, Ewen Bremner, and Graham Greene.

She has directed short projects, including a nationally aired music video for Lily Frost under the Nettwerk banner, and is currently developing her feature-length directorial debut.
