Mike Breyer

Mike Breyer is a multiple award-winning and nominated actor, writer, producer, director, editor, and founder of Merging Light Pictures. Mike has been recognized and honored with accolades from around the world. To date, Mike has 53 wins and 12 nominations. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota in 1993. Mike's main starring role in the feature film "Gradation" where he stars as Lucrative Street and is also the director, writer, producer, and editor among other titles was streaming on Amazon Prime. Mike's first movie appearance was in the 1992 film "Thunderheart" which was filmed in South Dakota while Mike was working at Mt. Rushmore. Mike has also appeared in movies such as "Ed Wood", "S.F.W.", "Prank", "Skin Props", and a co-starring role as Jake in the feature film "Dream State". Mike has also been featured on Television shows such as "Picket Fences" on CBS and "Players" on NBC. Mike has appeared on the stage in the productions of "The Phantom of the Opera" as Dr. Debienne and as Michael in "Fame". Mike co-starred in the award-winning short film "Southern DysComfort" as the creepy butler Kennedy Gamble. Mike was asked to reprise his role as Kennedy Gamble to star in the feature film now titled "Fake". Mike also starred in the award-winning short film "Lock Box" as Robert Bynum DesChamps. Mike recently played Steven in the award-winning short film "Addiction" and Tony in the award-winning feature film "The Remake" as well as playing Rhett Dabler in the award-winning short film "The Admired". Mike made his directorial debut in the short film "Koffee" which he wrote and starred as Joe Cupta. Mike wrote, starred, and directed again playing Anthony Joseph in the short film "Inosculation". In addition, Mike starred as Loil Grande and continued his directing, writing, and editing on the short film "Rose Petal". Moreover, Mike starred again as Henry Springs in the award-winning short film "Cascade Rd" which he wrote, directed, and filmed in South Dakota where it all began. Mike is hoping to return to shoot the feature to "Cascade Rd" now titled "Cascade Road" in late 2024 in Hot Springs, South Dakota. Mike played Doctor Berg in the feature film "Ass Clowns: Constipated, " now streaming on Amazon Prime. In addition, Mike starred in the TV series "Trailer Park World" and played three different characters showcasing his comedic talent and timing. Moreover, Mike is in development on his new feature film "Five Floors" where he will star as Cliffson Beaker. Mike's latest film acting developments were starring as Hannibal Clemington in the proof of concept film "Enipheres 2020" and its Web Series "The Saga of Enipheres 2022" both of which have won multiple awards. In 2025, Mike is starring as Brasheer in the vampire feature film "Eternal Oath" and as Maxim Glass in the 2026 winning short film "The Sensational Life of Beryl Blanche". The Sensational Life of Beryl Blanche Blanche just won Best Comedy at The Symbiotic Film Festival and Best Long Short Narrative at The Couch Film Festival for their 2026 Summer Editions.
