Biography

Svetlana Morgunova was born on March 7, 1940. She was an actress, known for Za vsyo v otvete (1973), Zdravstvuy, malchik Bananan! (1990) and The Field of Wonders (1990). She died on March 10, 2024 in Moscow, Russia.

She died on March 10, 2024, at the age of 84, in Moscow due to a detached blood clot , 3 days after her 84th birthday.

Svetlana Morgunova was a Russian announcer for Soviet Central Television from 1961 onwards, and also a television and radio host.

She worked in different genres: she conducted the informational TV program Vremya, acquainted the audience with the program of television programs, and also conducted many editions of the musical entertainment program Little Blue Light.

She studied at the theater studio at the Mossovet Theater.

In 2011 she was awarded withe the "Order of Friendship " for great achievements in the development of domestic broadcasting and many years of fruitful activity.
