Born in South Oklahoma City, and raised in North Oklahoma City, by Alyn Argyle Hill and Barbara Irene Nance, William is the youngest of two brothers. William is a Producer, Director, Actor, that lives in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. William's specialties also includes Set Construction. William has 30 years general construction, remodeling, & roofing experience, including 7 years as a Stonemason.

William graduated Oklahoma Film and Television Academy 'Set Ready' course, and has continued to thrive within the Oklahoma film community. William regularly competes in the OKC 48hr Film Project competitions. The first of these competitions, won 15 awards, with William receiving an award for Best Villain Character. It went on to screen at Filmapalooza, and Festival De Cannes in the Shorts Corner '23. William is a featured Background Actor in Martin Scorsese's Killers of the Flower Moon, worked 32 days on set, and appears in over 15 scenes. William is the only Oklahoma Actor featured on 2 screens at Festival De Cannes '23. William has continued to advance his Acting skills with classes from Acting coaches Richard Janes, and Guy Camilleri. William is the Head of Construction at Filmmakers Ranch in Spencer, OK. and continues transforming the former elementary school into a film studio. Recently completing the only Dolby Atmos Sound Mixing studio in the state of Oklahoma.
