- After more than 12 years at A&M Records, Isaak began in TV as the head of music and talent at VH1 in '94, where he developed and helped produce and book talent for all of the network's tent pole live events: VH1 Divas, VH1 Honors, VH1 Men Strike Back, VH1 Fashion Awards, Concert of the Century; and long running series: Storytellers, Behind the Music and Legends. Serving as EVP of Music Programming and Talent, Isaak left the company in '01 to start his own, Isaak Entertainment.
