Colin Peppard is a director from Monaghan, based between Belfast and Dublin. His work spans across documentaries, music videos and commercials.
Colin was selected for the Odense Film Festival’s Talent Camp 2025 and won a Kinsale Shark Award for Best Rock Video consecutively in 2025 and 2026. He was a chosen as a finalist for the NeXt Documentary Fellowship, picked up a Special Mention at the Emerging Directors Awards, was shortlisted for Most Promising Music Video Director at the Young Arrows and Creative Circle Awards and his short doc 'Muscle Bound' was chosen for the Final Frame Fund by OkayStudio.
Colin’s short documentary, 'My Friend, Kev' was selected to have its world premiere at the Oscar-qualifying Galway Film Fleadh in July. His most recent music video for Makeshift Art Bar featured on Directors’ Library, Director’s Notes, Rage ABC and Promonews.
Colin is also currently developing his debut feature documentary, 'Close Enough', which was selected for the NI Screen Development Pitch at Docs Ireland 2026.
