Renshi Swarthout started taking karate in the 70's when he was 12 years old. He is a 7th degree black belt and was awarded the title "Renshi" in 2014 after actively teaching and having over 30+ years of training. Renshi has additional background knowledge in Shotokan and Shito Ryu Karate.
