Adam Sanderson is a leading Israeli director and filmmaker. He co-directed the biblical comedy THIS IS SODOM (2010). One of Israel's greatest box office successes of the past thirty years. He wrote and directed the period drama FUNERAL AT NOON (2013). The film premiered at the San Sebastian Film Festival, subsequently, it garnered the "Best Actress Award" at the Haifa Film Festival, the "Critics' Award" at the Montpellier Film Festival, and the "Special Jury Award" at the Cyprus Film Festival. Adam co-created and solely directed all three seasons of SIRENS (2014-2019), a thriller TV series. For his work on it, Adam was nominated for Best Director twice at the Israeli Television Academy Awards. The show's success has generated significant international interest, with a U.S. remake currently in development. Adam directed three episodes for season two of Amazon's ABSENTIA (2019) produced by Sony Pictures. Sanderson has finished directing a new thriller drama series, NUTUK (2025), for Keshet TV.
