Arne Jacobsen(1902-1971)

Designed the "Ant" chair that achieved iconic status due to its inadvertent showcasing by photographer Lewis Morley. Morley posed naked call girl Christine Keeler straddling the chair (backrest to fore) in his London studio in 1963. Such was the impact of the image, the pose was even lampooned by Homer Simpson and most recently in an Oliver Sweeney shoes print advertisement

When I travel, I draw and paint sketches which is great fun. And as long as you are fully aware that it has nothing to do with actual art, I think that's all right.
