Dick Slater was born on May 19, 1951 in Albany, New York, USA. He was an actor, known for WWWF Championship Wrestling (1972), WCW Monday Nitro (1995) and WCW Worldwide (1975). He was married to Charlotte Ann Nipper and Sandra Montieth. He died on October 18, 2018 in Largo, Florida, USA.

Professional wrestler

Held the North American, U.S., Southern, Mid-Atlantic, Florida, Georgia, Missouri, and TV titles in the singles ranks. Held World tag team honors with Dusty Rhodes and Bunkhouse Buck, the U.S. tag title with Killer Karl Kox, and the Florida tag title with Cowboy Bob Orton.

Former WCW Tag Team Champion.

He was a professional wrestler in the 1970s and 1980s who often wrestled in the NWA's Mid-Atlantic region. He went by the nicknames Dirty Dick Slater, "Mr. Unpredictable" Dick Slater, and "The Rebel" Dick Slater.

On August 12, 1977 He defeated Jack Brisco for the Missouri State Heavyweight Title.
