Rick Walker just received the Gold Award for Best Director at the Florence Film Awards for his movie "The Squad" a week after being named Best Director at the Paris Film Awards, The New York Movie Awards and the Platinum Award for Best Director of an Action Film at the New York Director Awards.

In 2022, Rick Walker was named Best Director at the Boston Independent Film Festival, the Chicago Independent Film Festival and California Indies, He has also won numerous awards for his screenwriting over the past 22 years.

In 2020, Walker won the AVA Digital Award for Best Director from the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP).

Walker, who can be heard weekday mornings on the "Rick & Brad Show" on 100.5 KATT in Oklahoma City has completed 31 screenplays and is in development on 5 feature films.
