- Lisa Edwards is known for Lisa Edwards: Cry (1992), Dead End Drive-In (1986) and Centrespread (1981).
- Has supported several artists as a backing singer, including The Seekers, The Platters, The Drifters, The Pointer Sisters Noiseworks, The Black Sorrows, Real Life, Ross Wilson, Billy Thorpe, Brian Cadd, Kate Ceberano and Kylie Minogue.
- In 1993, her cover of the Godley and Creme song Cry made the Australian Top 5 and achieved gold record status.
- As well as a backing singer, she plays percussion and flute. It was for the latter that she was first recruited to John Farnham's band in 1988, and she is still a member of his band today.
- Began her career as a solo artist and backing singer in the 1970's in her home city of Adelaide, South Australia and in Sydney, New South Wales.
