Biography

Ann Lewnes is a board member of the Sundance Institute, an independent film lover and executive producer. Believing that women are under-represented in the film industry, she focuses her support on female-driven films. To improve the commercial viability of independent films, Ms. Lewnes encourages filmmakers and producers to consider marketing a vital part of their production budgets and to explore new distribution models.

Ms. Lewnes spent 30 years in senior marketing roles and retired in 2023 as Adobe's Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Development. She is an advisor to young founders and a board member.
