Biography

Mila Skye is an American actress and singer from Los Angeles, California. She is of South African, Fijian and English descent. Mila started her acting journey at age 7 when she was cast as Matilda showcasing her acting and singing skills along with a British accent. At age 9 Mila played Judy on Chicken Girls for Brat TV and co-starred in 7 episodes. Mila has participated in 13 musical productions as either the lead or co-lead actress, spent 3 years in advanced choir winning the vocal department award in middle school and has booked TV shows, short films, multiple commercials, voice overs and modeling jobs. Mila works weekly with her vocal teacher Mike Stevens (chair of Colburn's voice department) and trains consistently with her acting, voiceover and dance coaches while participating in weekly intensive workshops as she strives to be the best she can be. Mila has recently been accepted into the Colburn Schools Musical Theatre department and has attended the Broadway Artist Alliance intensive training where she spent part of her summer training in NYC. In addition to Mila's passion for performing live on stage or behind the camera, Mila is a huge animal lover with 3 dogs and 2 Holland lop rabbits at home. In her free time, she volunteers at animal rescues, is an avid horse rider, competitive gymnast, enjoys aerial silks & acro, figure skating, rollerskating, rollerblading, surfing, paddle boarding and participating in anything fitness related. Mila especially loves volunteering and giving back to her community. Mila can be described as mature for her age, a go getter in life, has skipped a school grade and has maintained straight A's while being part of her school's honor society. Outside of her busy schedule, Mila's enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
