Evangelia Moumouri

Evangelia Moumouri is a Greek actress known for her work in theatre, television and film, with a strong presence in Greek television comedy and drama. She made her television debut in the late 1990s and gained wider recognition through popular series such as Aristotelis, o aristos (1999) and Ano kato (2000). She became especially familiar to audiences for her memorable role as the widow in the long-running hit series To kafe tis Haras (2003). Throughout the 2000s she appeared in numerous successful television productions including Safe Sex (2005), Epta thanasimes petheres (2004), Happy Together (2007) and Ta mahairomata (2004), showcasing her versatility across comedic and character-driven roles. Alongside television, she has maintained an active theatre career and later appeared in dramatic series such as Wild Bees (2019), where her performance added a distinctive theatrical tone to the ensemble.
