- John Ramos fell in love with storytelling in 2005 as an escape from gang life in East Los Angeles. During his stint as a communications specialist in the Army, John acquired the self-discipline to be a writer. He began screenwriting to channel his unique experience into stories exploring content that isn't seen in the mainstream market. In 2019, John Ramos was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Despite his condition, John Ramos decided to create short films, web series, and TV pilots in order to escape his harsh reality. And as of now, John Ramos is cancer free and ready to contribute to the industry, using his unique experience and his "boundary pushing" humor.
