Ryan Jordan(XXIII)

Ryan has been working in the audio industry for more than 10 years, initially starting in music production, and eventually branching into film. After initially qualifying as an electrician, he knew that he needed to further feed his creativity, so took the leap to quit his electrical career and go back to college to train in audio engineering. This led to working in both his own studio, as well as multiple commercial facilities with artists and clients for an array of projects. After several years of working with music, there were opportunities to work on adverts, ADR sessions, and remote recording sessions. These eventually led to the first opportunity to provide the final mix for a feature film. Being up for the challenge, Ryan took this project on which was met with a good response and encouraged further development in the skills in this area of the audio industry. From here there have been many film projects, including providing sound for Blu-ray extras such as interviews. The experience gained over these years continues to inform his decisions and shape his sonic signature where it matters, enhancing any project.
