Biography

Shelby Lewis is originally from northern Michigan and began seriously acting at age 16. She studied theatre arts at performing arts high school Interlochen Arts Academy and went on to graduate with a BFA in Acting from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. She is based in Los Angeles, focusing on TV/film work. Shelby also has a unique specialization in performing and coaching Shakespeare. She recently performed with the LA Philharmonic as Director and Narrator for their concert of Mendelssohn's symphony inspired by A Midsummer Night's Dream. Shelby is looking forward to continue pursuing a wide variety of on-camera projects. (Updated Feb 27, 2025.)
