Alex Joseph Theis

Alex Joseph Theis began his acting career performing in school productions and community theatre. Alex was bitten by the acting bug in sixth grade in his first performance in Shrek, Jr. as a Fairytale Creature.
Alex has appeared in the ID Channel's Evil Lives Here as teenage Aaron Faust, Apple TV's Defending Jacob and Crumpet and has been in several music videos and commercials. He is also an experienced musician who sings, writes songs, plays guitar, piano and the ukulele.
Alex's first theater experience outside of local theater was with Brave Hearts for Broadway. Michael E. Merritt. and his stellar creative team created a virtual show, Let Us Entertain You, featuring the Front-Line Choir and Friends to help raise funds for the Actor's Fund which was featured worldwide. Some of his more recent work in local theater productions includes: Sky in Mamma Mia, Bobby Strong in Urinetown, a Who and Cadette in Seussical, Brett in 13 the Musical, Frank Parker in A Christmas Story, Ed The Hyena in Lion King, Jr., Borris the Spy in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Lucas Bieneke in The Adams Family, Zack Mooneyham in School of Rock and Tommy Djilas in The Music Man.
