Normand Lacombe was born on October 18, 1964 in Pierrefonds, Québec, Canada.

Won a Stanley Cup with the Edmonton Oilers (1988)

Played for the University of New Hampshire (1981 - 1983)

Suffered from chronic exertional compartment syndrome, a condition causing intense pain in the shins after playing or practicing.

Drafted in 1983 (10th overall) by the Buffalo Sabres.
