Aarti is a film-maker whose debut short-film- The Song we Sang traveled internationally, bagging Audience Choice Awards at IFFLA (Indian Film-Festival of Los Angeles) and DIFF (Dharamshala International Film-Festival). It also won Best International Short at the Kashish International Queer Film Festival and received a Special Jury Mention at the London Film Festival. The film was the only Indian selection for the Iris Prize in Wales.
She has directed 30+ commercials for national and international brands and was featured in the Top 10 Ad Directors of 2024 by IMPACT Magazine.
Aarti is developing her debut feature film- Kanda (No Onions) that was a part of the NFDC Co-Production Market in 2025.
