Rafael Fernandez, Jr. is a Puerto Rican/Dominican Show Host of the Todo Latino Show and the Founder of TodoWafi Media. He has overseen the growth of the TodoWafi network to over 850k followers and has inspired many in the Latino/a/x community through his love of culture, humor, and being a voice for complicated topics. His Hispanic heritage Festival 'Revolucion', has reached over 10 million people worldwide.
