Lydia is an international actress whose passion for performance was born from her deep love of movement and languages-elements that remain at the heart of her work. A true polyglot, she speaks English, German, Greek, French, and Spanish, bringing a global sensibility to every role she takes on.
Her diverse training includes certifications in stage combat from the Society of American Fight Directors (SAFD), Muay Thai and MMA training at Bang Tao in Thailand, and stunt training in Berlin. With a strong foundation in ballet, yoga, and hip-hop, Lydia's dance background-combined with her study of the Alexander Technique-gives her a distinctive physical presence on stage and screen.
Lydia studied acting at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy and earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University. She has also honed her craft through workshops at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting, NYU, and continues her professional development in Berlin and Athens.
