Jen McLellan is the producer and host of the Plus Mommy Podcast. She interviews guests ranging from body positive activists, writers, actors, birth professionals, to moms. Jen takes on topics not everyone is talking about in an effort to help plus size moms feel less alone!
Jen founded Plus Size Birth in 2011 to help people navigate the world of plus size pregnancy, and shares tips for embracing your body and laughs her way through the adventures of parenthood.
Her work has been featured in major publications such as The New York Times, Glamour, Today's Parent, Huffington Post, and International Doula. She authored the My Plus Size Pregnancy Guide and co-wrote, The Peachie Moms Guide to Body Love for Moms.
As a public speaker, Jen has spoken at numerous events including presenting at the National Institutes of Health. She is also a childbirth educator, wife, and mother to a charismatic son.
For fun, she does extra work in Albuquerque, NM, where she lives with her family.
