Jet Black was born on August 26, 1938 in Ilford, Essex, England, UK. He was an actor, known for Hardcore Henry (2015), Mystery Men (1999) and Sexy Beast (2000). He was married to Ava Rave. He died on December 6, 2022 in the UK.

In his 30s, he owned a fleet of ice cream vans, an off-license and a home brewery. In their early days, the Stranglers used one of the vans as a tour bus and his shop as their headquarters.
