Nuno Roby Amorim was born on 19 November 1962 in Lisbon, Portugal. He was married to Maria do Rosário Gorjão Henriques da Gama Salema and Ana Beatriz Antunes de Matos Sequeira. He died on 26 January 2025 in Lisbon, Portugal.
Worked as a journalist at TSF since before 1974 and where he graduated in its first journalist formation course in the late 1980s, RTP, TVI, SIC and in Brussels.
