Biography

Ali Al-Najjar is an innovative Creative Director. His work includes contributing in several creative positions apart from Directing such as Writing, Producing, Creating Marketing Strategies and Consulting. His interests do not stop here, as Ali enjoys composing and has composed many songs and works, that won people's hearts, as well as he enjoys Cinematography.

Ali kicked off his career by Channel Management, Channel identities and establishing Media Strategies. He is a certified trainer at the International Media Academy and a lecturer trainer at the Integrated Media Academy. Some of Ali's work on Channel identity include "AlRai", "MBC" and "Kuwait TV" and "Al- Qurain" TV in Kuwait which he founded himself. Moreover, his job did not stop him from starting his own creative work as an independent director in the commercial and advertising industry.

He is the founder of "Creative Soul" Production company, a company that takes it's place as one of the most prominent media production companies in the Gulf region as it has taken part in establishing TV channel identities in the region and to this day succeeds in creating it's projects as references for other media companies in the region. Although Creative Soul was originally founded in Kuwait, it now has branches all around the Gulf region including Bahrain, Oman, KSA and the UAE.

Ali's work stands out as a clear and creative representation of the Arabic identity with all it's details and that is highlighted in most of his projects. He mentioned in several interviews that the Arabic culture and identity involve morals and values and that is something that surely inspires him and is something that he insists on capturing in all of his works, especially his National Day projects that always raise the bar.

Furthermore, Ali's creative work on Content involve Directing the first episode of "Al-Mesbah" series "The plane" that launched in 2019 as well as several other episodes of the series. "Al-Mesbah" takes it's place as one of the first cinematic works in the region and was published on YouTube where the views skyrocketed not only in the Gulf region, but gained major attention from audiences from Europe and Africa.

To this day, Ali Alnajjar continues in building a path for the film industry in the region, by his continuous efforts in creating original works that are used as references, by creating opportunities for young filmmakers and inspiring them to tell their stories.
